Ariane Real Estate has signed construction contracts worth 3 billion Qatari riyals for the development of several new projects. Among them are the Qetaifan South area and two towers in the Marina district. Additionally, the company has awarded the second phase of the Yasmeen city project and the Downtown Lusail project.
Recognizing the importance of supporting local contracting companies, Ariane has selected agreements with nine Qatari companies, including:

Masakan Trading and Contracting Company

In a statement, Ariane Real Estate announced that it is planning to launch tenders worth 2 billion riyals in the fourth quarter of 2023 for projects in the Lusail and Mesaimeer areas.
